Credentialing

ALL INDIVIDUALS enrolled in the HCVI Ukraine_Belmont® buddy lite™ program must complete training. This entails a complete review of the operator's manual and all videos and other content on this website. The trainee will then complete a  brief written exam and undergo an in-person checkout with a designated trainer and have one observed actual patient use.

The Belmont® buddy lite™ heater unit and single-use disposable sets will only be released to credentialed users.

ALL USERS, in addition to successfully completing training, will sign an agreement stipulating the following:

1.  Attestation of competency.

2.  Commitment to proper maintenance and secure storage of all donated equipment and disposable sets.

3.  Faithfulness to completing the tracking form with each use.
